Challenges
Consumers already know Flipp well. B2B buyers don’t, and they needed a narrative built specifically around partnership. The existing content mixed both audiences together, burying how ingestion, content, and curation actually translate into results for retailers, brands, and media. We also had to build gated, downloadable, and traceable reports for demand capture, connect Greenhouse and LinkedIn, and meet strict standards for performance, accessibility, and consent.
Approach
We mapped how retail merchandising teams, brand marketers, and media sellers evaluate Flipp, then rebuilt the information architecture around those workflows. A reusable UI/UX system made the platform easier to scan without stripping away technical depth. We then strengthened on-page SEO, configured GA4 and Search Console, and added consent-based tracking for LinkedIn and analytics. Traceable report downloads and newsletter capture supported lead generation, while the WordPress component library and governance checklist gave the internal team a maintainable system after launch.

Outcomes
Flipp’s new B2B site gives partners clearer use cases, faster paths to inquiry, and credible proof backed by analytics and consent-aware tracking, all while staying fast, accessible, and easy for internal teams to update.
