This policy explains how SPARKLABZ collects and uses personal data. We are the data controller under UK GDPR.
What we collect
Details you give us in forms, quizzes and calls, such as your name, email, phone number, business name, location and answers. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address and pages visited.
How we use it
To run tools you request, prepare reports, book and prepare calls, reply to you and, where allowed, send relevant marketing. We limit repeat use of free tools using a scrambled version of your IP address.
Lawful basis
We rely on your consent, steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
Sharing
We use trusted providers for hosting, booking, email and AI processing. Questions you submit to our snapshot tool are sent to AI providers such as OpenAI and Perplexity to generate answers. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we work together, in which case we keep records as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
