Free calls and tools
Discovery calls, reviews and online snapshots are free, so no refund applies.
Paid services
Paid work is set out in your proposal. Work already delivered, and time already spent, is not refundable. If you cancel before work starts, we will refund any amount paid in advance less any costs already incurred.
Monthly services
Monthly services can be cancelled with the notice period in your agreement. Fees for the current period are not refunded.
Third-party costs
Ad spend, software and other costs paid to third parties on your behalf are not refundable by us.
How to ask
Email us with your name, business and invoice number. We aim to reply within 10 working days. Your statutory rights are not affected.
